Time for fun and frolic!
A picnic to Yadhuvanshi farms was organised for the students of class 4 and 5.It was power packed day with a myriad of activities that thrilled the students and helped them to explore their adventurous self. Sytudents enjoyed activities like Zip line, roller ball,tractor ride,horse riding and many more.It was a rollicking day blended with fun and adventure.

INDIA is a treasure trove of effervescent culture! 
The Preparatory Wing students of VIS paid accolades to our rich cultural legacy by celebrating "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat." The event was filled with festivity and fervour showcasing a plethora of dance performances from various states of India.  The young choir group honoured our country with inspiring songs "Ekla Chalo Re" and "Ekta Swatsntrata." This event proved to be a dazzling VIS tribute to our Incredible India!

The school joined forces with Le Frehindi to organise an educational trip to Finland wherein a group of 21 students accompanied by two teachers, embarked on a journey to explore this unique country. During their visit, they had the opportunity to explore various fascinating places, including the Heureka Science Centre in Helsinki, JEDU University in Oulu and Rantsila wherein the students engaged in life skills education and enjoyed outdoor activities. The students had the chance to immerse themselves in Finnish culture and cuisine, while also gaining insights into the country's educational institutions. The highlight of their trip was witnessing the world-famous Aurora Borealis also known as the Northern Lights. It was a truly unforgettable experience for the students.

On 10 November 2023, students of Venkateshwar International School, Harivansh Mehta (XII SD), Ananya Rai (XII SD) and Nishartha Baruah (XII RD), won the Rolling Trophy of the prestigious Ramjas Inter-School Debate Competition, held at NDMC Convention Centre, Sansad Marg. Additionally, Ananya Rai won the Second Prize among individual speakers. VIS stood first among more than 50 schools from all across North India, out of which 7 top teams qualified through the preliminary round held on 17 October 2023, for the final round on 10 November. Kudos to the debating team and their mentor Ms Vandana Dubey! It is truly a glorious achievement for the school and the students. Heartiest congratulations to revered Chairman sir, Shri Mahavir Goel, the school management committee, esteemed Principal Dr Manisha Sharma and entire vis fraternity. Wish many more such laurels in future .

On 03 November 2023, an Inter-School Technology Symposium 'MODEM' was organised at Modern School, Vasant Vihar. The delegation from our school bagged the Rolling Trophy, having won laurels in two out of five events. Bharat Singla and Harivansh Mehta of Class XII Springdale secured the first position in Relay Programming Event, while Kushagra Sanduja of Class XII Rockview and Dhavit Chhabra of Class XII Riverdale won the second position in MOD Gaming.

VIS takes pride in announcing that our students Mitakshi of III SD and Gitanjali of VI RD were selected to be part of  the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup's National Anthem singing for teams Australia and Netherlands respectively.
