VIS, the proud patron of the Indian Deaf Cricket team, extends heartfelt congratulations to Madhya Pradesh for their victory against Jammu & Kashmir in the IDCA 3rd Test National Cricket Championship.Vaibhav Paranjpe’s outstanding performance earned him the Player of the Match award, presented by Mr. Sumit Jain, President of IDCA, VP of DCCI & Member of BCCI (DACC), along with Mr. Dev Dutt, Indian Deaf Team & BCCI NCA Qualified Coach.

VIS organised a fun-filled Day Camp for students with a day packed with laughter, learning, and lots of outdoor adventures!

Amidst lively festivities, Basant Panchami was celebrated fervently at VIS. The day began with a special puja dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, symbolising knowledge and arts, followed by cultural events and recitations. The atmosphere resonated with the spirit of learning and creativity, creating a vibrant ambience.

Ms. Bibiana Camba, the International Development Director of University Partnerships at EADA Business School, alongside Leena Upadhya, the Regional Director overseeing South Asia & South East Asia operations at EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain, graced Venkateshwar International School with their esteemed presence to engage in an enriching discourse with the senior teaching faculty. Their visit was marked by a highly constructive and insightful interaction with the members of the faculty. Additionally, both guests were introduced to an impressive array of student projects, each exemplifying exceptional ingenuity and creativity. Their profound appreciation for the students’ endeavours was unmistakable, and they conveyed a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing potential future collaborations

We are excited to announce that Third Officer Yosuda Gwala, Associate NCC Officer of VIS, has been honoured with the 'Director General NCC Medallion RDC 2024' at the Republic Day Camp 2024 held at DG NCC Camp, Delhi Cantt. She received the award for her exemplary service, unwavering commitment and dedication to duties and responsibilities. Lieutenant General Gurbirpal Singh AVSM, VSM, the Director General of the National Cadet Corps, presented the award.

On 2nd and 3rd February 2024, Venkateshwar International School organised a rejuvenating retreat for its educators at the enchanting ‘Noor Mahal Palace Hotel, Karnal.’

This eagerly awaited escapade proved to be revitalizing, offering a welcome respite and fostering bon homie and espirit de corps amongst the VIS team. Amidst the lavish setting of the hotel, reminiscent of a majestic palace, teachers collaborated and joyfully engaged in various entertaining activities. The rhythmic beats compelled everyone to dance to the tunes spun by the DJ. The tranquil ambi, splendour of luxurious surroundings, impeccable service, delightful cuisine and lively melodies elevated the overall experience.

Appreciative of this thoughtful gesture, the teachers extended their sincere gratitude to the school administration. This excursion stands as a treasured memory that the educators will warmly reminisce for years to come.
