This year’s theme of World Health Day is "Building a fairer, healthier world". At VIS, we believe that promoting healthy habits is essential for the overall development and success of our students. This includes physical exercise, healthy eating habits, and mental health awareness.
We encourage our students to make healthy choices every day, we provide resources and support to help them achieve their goals because “healthy mind resides in a healthy body”. Let's continue to prioritize our health and wellbeing not just today, but every day. Happy World Health Day!
