Shining Bright, Stealing the Show!

Our incredible Class 2 students lit up the stage with a spectacular HOG Drama Presentation! Their confidence, creativity and teamwork were truly inspiring.

VIS students showcased exceptional skill in the 68th National School Games 2024-25. Ishita Rana (Class VIII) represented Delhi in Cricket (Girls U-17) in Panchkula, delivering an impressive performance. Likewise, Geetanjali (Class VII) excelled in Netball (Girls U-14) in Chhattisgarh. Both events, organised by state education departments, saw enthusiastic participation from various states and UTs.

On 12th February 2025, Venkateshwar International School hosted a CBSE workshop on mental health, bringing together educators and experts to discuss student well-being. Esteemed guests included Ms. Niti Shanker Sharma (CBSE) and Drs. Shipra Singh, Aparna Goyal, and Shahzadi Malhotra (IHBA).
The event began with a ceremonial lamp lighting by the guests, joined by Principal Dr. Manisha Sharma and Vice Principal Ms. Nishu Pandey.
The workshop covered pertinent topics like Mental Health: The Need of the Hour, Identification of Mental Health Issues, and Crisis Intervention Techniques. Experts shared insights on recognising warning signs and providing effective support. The session was informative and reinforced the importance of mental health awareness in schools.

VIS teachers enjoyed a rejuvenating team-building retreat at Noor Mahal, Karnal, fostering team spirit and relaxation. The day was filled with laughter, engaging activities and delicious meals, creating a perfect blend of fun and bonding. Team-building games and interactive sessions strengthened camaraderie among staff members. The retreat was a well-deserved break, leaving everyone refreshed and motivated for future endeavours.

A proud moment for VIS as Ishita Rana of Class VIII has been selected for the U-17 School National Cricket Tournament (SGFI) 2024-25. She will be representing the team at Panchkula.

The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony of Venkateshwar International School Accolades 2024 was held on 31st January 2025 to honour Class X and XII board toppers.

The event featured shloka chanting, lamp lighting, a welcome song, and a video message from the esteemed Chairman Shri Mahavir Goel. Respected Principal Dr. Manisha Sharma presented the Annual Report, followed by the felicitation of top performers with awards. Distinguished guests  Mr Gautam Mittal, Mr Abhishek Goel including esteemed members of school management and illustrious alumni, Dr Tushar Grover , Dr Rudrani, Mr Tushar Gupta , Mr Vikas Solanki delivered inspiring speeches.
Vice Principal Ms. Nishu Pandey proposed the Vote of Thanks and the event concluded with the National Anthem.
