As part of the 79th Independence Day celebrations, Venkateshwar International School, Sector 10, Dwarka, proudly hosted ANVESHIKA 2025, its annual STEM exhibition—a vibrant platform that reflects the school’s commitment to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Students from Grades VI to XII showcased an impressive range of projects spanning Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Each idea demonstrated the practical application of knowledge to real-world challenges, nurtured through VIS’s forward-thinking curriculum that encourages learners to innovate with purpose.
The exhibition brimmed with ingenuity—standout exhibits included Donorize, a chatbot promoting organ donation; a disease-detecting diagnostic machine; an assistive walking stick for the visually impaired; and eco-conscious creations like 100% herbal soaps and lip balms. In the Biology, Physics, and Chemistry labs, as well as dedicated Mathematics and Home Science sections, students worked in spaces made possible by the school’s future-ready infrastructure, buzzing with discovery and collaboration.
Adding an entrepreneurial dimension, some students also offered their products for sale, gaining valuable hands-on experience in presenting and marketing their innovations—an example of the tiered opportunities that VIS provides. Confident explanations and engaging presentations reflected the personalised growth supported through mentorship and guided exploration.
The event was graced by our esteemed Chairman, Shri Mahavir Goel, whose inspiring words encouraged students to pursue innovation for the greater good. Also present were members of the management committee, Vice-Principal Ms. Pooja Sharma, and faculty mentors.
In her vote of thanks, Principal Dr. Manisha Sharma praised the students’ dedication, creativity, and clarity of thought, reaffirming VIS’s mission to empower future-ready leaders with knowledge, compassion, and vision.
