“When the mind is centred and aware, every moment becomes an opportunity for growth and inner harmony.”

A Health Talk Session was organised by Venkateshwar International School on March 30, 2026 for all the teachers to promote holistic well-being and self-awareness.

The session was conducted by the Territory Manager at Bharat Petroleum, Mr.Rajesh Sharma, who encouraged educators to prioritise their health through a comprehensive and balanced approach. The speaker underscored the significance of physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being, emphasising that overall wellness is attained through the integration of these dimensions. The session was highly interactive, facilitating meaningful dialogue and reflective engagement among the audience. The practice of meditation and controlled breathing techniques was given particular emphasis, through which teachers were equipped with effective strategies to manage stress and enhance mindfulness in their daily routines.

The session proved to be both enriching and thought-provoking, leaving the participants motivated to adopt a more balanced and health-conscious lifestyle.
