Pariksha Pe Charcha@VIS

Students of VIS participated in the much awaited event 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' with Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji. Aim of the interaction was to motivate and inspire the students appearing for board examinations in 2023, to help prepare themselves for the exams in a stress free environment. Shri Narendra Modi Ji emphasised on the need and importance of staying calm and patient while zealously tackling unforeseen challenges and preparing oneself for future endeavours. This fruitful interaction with the honorable Prime Minister infused the students with renewed self confidence and positivity.

    Republic Day Celebrations@VIS

    Republic Day was celebrated with much fanfare in Venkateshwar International School. The day commenced with Saraswati Pooja to invoke the blessings of Ma Saraswati , the goddess of learning to shower her blessings upon students and teachers alike. This was followed by a plethora of activities.

      Communication Skills Development Program@VIS
      Students of classes VI to VIII of Venkateshwar International School, enthusiastically participated in IEnact, a presentation related to the 'Communication Skills Development Program'. The young learners wholeheartedly prepared their scripts and eloquently spoke during the presentations that included role-plays on diverse social issues. It was indeed an enthralling experience for one and all.

        Meeting with a budding author@VIS

        An enthralling workshop was conducted by an eminent upcoming author amongst our students, Anusha Garg of XI HT in the school library. Around 50 students from class VIII participated with full enthusiasm. This workshop unravelled the enigma that lies in the life of a YOUNG AUTHOR! The talented Anusha gave the answers of student's questions like- Where to start?
        What goes into publishing? And more, from the participants perspective. This workshop gave a direction to participants towards becoming blooming YOUNG AUTHORS!

          VIS student Aahan Avi wins at Delhi State School Games 2022-23
          Our extremely talented cricketer Aahan Avi , a student of VIII Springdale, bagged the First Position in Delhi State School Games 2022-23 Cricket in the Under 14 Boys category. These games were organised by the Directorate of Education (Sports Branch) GNCT of Delhi.

            VIS student-Dhrityaman of class 5 RD has won a Gold medal in the U13 team event and a silver medal at the Delhi State Table Tennis championship in the Under 11 category. Commendable Achievement !

                  VIS releases REFLECTIONS
                  We at VIS are pleased to announce the release of a soulful collection of vignettes titled REFLECTIONS.
                  Reflections is a priceless anthology of personal experiences of our brave middle school students. The book recounts their inspiring journey through the pandemic period, spanning almost two years.
                  The book was released by the School Principal, Dr. Manisha Sharma in the presence of honourable Chairman Shri Mahavir Goel, respected members of the Management, Shri Gautam Mittal and Smt Heena Mittal. The oeuvre will be available in the school library and shall be a source of great inspiration for all.
