It gives us immense pride to share that our student Siddhant Singh won the enviable Top Talents Under 25 in the category “Society”. This is an International honour awarded every year to 40 people under the age of 25 in 8 different categories. We are extremely proud to share that Siddhant is the first Indian to receive this honour. Siddhant is the inventor of CYNOC (Cyanobacteria Neutralizer and Ocean Cleaner) which is used to neutralize algae blooms in water. He has been working on this project for past 1 year. It has been appreciated and recognized by UN Water, We Are Water and World Water Council. This project has been ranked 25th in India by NASA and Smart Circuits organization. Currently he is working with professors, industry experts and an incubation center from IIT Guwahati after winning the Techfest.
Siddhant has done remarkable work in other spheres too. He has co-founded Koshish Initiative that organizes peer moderating sessions across the country for children of 10-15 years of age to rejuvenate their mental health. His initiative has been appreciated by Microsoft and has also been offered partnership with the NGO CRY, one of the largest child rights NGOs in the world. Currently he is working with CRY. Siddhant was one of the 10 people in India to be mentored by Tata Consultancy Services in communication skills. He has represented India in the International Speech Competition organized by Never Such Innocence, London. He is currently mentoring students of his own school in the field of public speaking.
Siddhant is a national bronze medalist in National Quiz Competition based on Space and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai organized by Government of India and Raman Science and Technology Foundation.
