In the workshop ‘Collaborative and Innovative Pedagogical Techniques’ Mrs. Kaura stressed on the need for teachers to be more versatile, effectively bridging the gap between theory and practice. She shared apposite knowledge required to effectively use innovative pedagogic tools such as Think Pair and Share, PMI, Jigsaw, Four Corners, Raft, Brainstorming, Fussing with definitions etc.
The highlight of the workshop was the enthusiasm with which the educators participated in every activity. They stepped into the shoes of their students to comprehend, organise, analyse, synthesise and utilise gained knowledge effectively; thus achieving the development of the 4C's of education.
