          Laughter is the Best Medicine

          NEW

It is rightly said “If it’s not possible to change the situation try changing yourself.”  With an attempt to go beyond pen and paper, Mr. Rajiv Narang, conducted a very interactive workshop for the teachers of Venkateshwar International School, Sector- 10, Dwarka ‘Being Stress Free’ on 19 May 2018.

The workshop emphasised on the 3E formula i.e., EAT- EXERCISE- ENJOY and the importance of the ‘Laughter Therapy’ to handle stress. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel- good chemicals that promote our well- being and can even temporarily relieve pain. There is simply no better way to manage stress than laughter therapy.

The session undoubtedly was an enriching experience for all the teachers and their active participation very clearly depicted their enthusiasm.
