On June 3rd 2020, English teacher Ms. Monica Kamra organized a fitness and yoga session to rejuvenate students of class XI as part of the subject enrichment session. They witnessed live demonstration of various yogasanas and an intense workout of core  and jumping jacks and later wrapped up with relaxation breathing techniques. The students welcomed the session and participated with utmost zeal.

    Online session on Emotional Well Being   

    On 3rd June , Head of School , Dr Manisha Sharma,  conducted an engaging workshop on emotional well being, self awareness  and social competence for teachers and  students of class XII. Socialisation is one of the basic needs of mankind. Stranded at home , cut off from their friends  and the pressure of virtual teaching have taken a heavy toll on both, the teacher and the taught. 

     The workshop addressed this very pertinent question and encouraged all to search for happiness within instead of being dependent on external factors. Based on the tenets of Cognitive behavioural Therapy, the workshop  gave very  practical and reflective suggestions to generate positive emotions in any challenging situation.
