Amidst the pristine settings of Best Western Resort, Country Club, Manesar a workshop on ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective people’ was held under the expert guidance of school Director Mrs. Mrinalini Kaura. The crux of the workshop was strengthening the core values of character building as they form the foundation stones for success in every sphere of life. Seven groups of teachers were formed and each one was allocated one Habit. With the help of role plays, activities and videos, the speakers mulled on various aspects of each Habit and the pros and cons of its application in real life situations. Timely planning, proactivity and flexibility of approach in day to day professional and personal matters were emphasized upon again and again. It was a very enriching workshop and provided food for thought to reflect upon and bring about a positive change in attitude.
